This group of buildings was built during the Republican period. It is located on the east bank of the Guyuan River and faces the river. The two entrances are two stories high, traditional wooden structure, white and gray brick walls, small green tile roof. The first entrance of the river is three bays wide, the first floor has an outer corridor, the second floor is a continuous book-strip type half window, the first entrance to the street is four rooms wide, and the two sides are single-peak screen gables, which reflect the architectural characteristics and construction technology of traditional houses in Wuxi, and have certain historical and cultural value.
