Uncle Cao Guo.
One of the Eight Immortals in Chinese folklore and Taoism, it is said to be the grandson of Cao Bin of the Song Dynasty and the brother of Empress Cao of Song Renzong. The image of Cao Guoun is wearing a gauze hat, wearing a red robe official uniform, and holding a yin and yang plate.
